The Overview covers stories of the impact the county's work has had on residents, businesses and partners. Jose Ramos was mentioned in the April 9, 2017 Opinion Column on www.cleveland.com. The article highlights Jose's graduation from the first session of the E-Contractor Academy, which is a project of Emerald Cities Cleveland, a local affiliate of the national Emerald Cities Collaborative.
